Simnom Emmanuel is a dynamic communications expert with a strong background in media, technology, and community engagement. She holds a degree in Literature from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, where she began her career at ABU FM, balancing her academic pursuits with hands-on experience in radio broadcasting. Since then, Simnom has worked with leading radio stations, including Cool FM and Hyai FM, honing her skills in communication, content creation, and audience engagement.

Simnom is also deeply knowledgeable in technology, having served as Programs Manager at Kadahive, where she developed and managed innovative programs to support the growth of startups and tech initiatives.

She continues this trajectory in her current role as Programs Manager for 5 Girls Initiative, where she empowers young girls through digital literacy and tech education. As the Co-founder of Kaduna Women in Tech, Simnom is a passionate advocate for women in the tech industry, helping to build inclusive spaces for female participation in the digital world.

Beyond tech, Simnom is an editor, writer, and book club convener who founded the Rambling Thoughts Book Club, which now has over 150 active members. Her love for literature extends into her writing, where she shares relatable stories on her blog and leads creative dialogues around books and societal issues.

Simnom is also the host of her own podcast, using the platform to discuss themes like mental health, work-life balance, and personal development. As a content creator and influencer, Simnom is vocal on social media, where she promotes books, tech solutions, and girl child issues. She has worked with various NGOs, helping them craft impactful social media campaigns focused on health and data.
